All output generated by you through Toollyo belongs to you. You are free to use, edit, publish, commercialize, or distribute generated text in your emails, business communications, articles, and personal projects without attribution or licensing fees.
Toollyo brand assets, logos, user interfaces, code, and curated prompt architectures remain the intellectual property of Toollyo.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Toollyo for any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activities, including but not limited to:
- Generating malicious software, phishing emails, or fraudulent impersonations.
- Producing hate speech, harassment, or non-consensual defamatory content.
- Attempting to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or execute denial-of-service attacks against our API infrastructure.
4. Disclaimer of AI Warranties
Toollyo is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While our prompt templates and models are designed for high precision, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Users are encouraged to review critical factual details, legal documents, or medical content before final publication.
5. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to add new tools, optimize existing templates, or adjust service availability without prior notice to continually improve user experience.
