Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026. Your privacy and data confidentiality are fundamental to our architecture.
Zero Permanent Storage
Your pasted text and inputs are never stored in databases or used for training public models.
No Mandatory Sign-Up
Use all 54 utilities immediately without creating an account or providing personal credentials.
Ephemeral Processing
Prompts are processed in memory during the request lifecycle and discarded immediately.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
Toollyo operates on a strict data-minimization philosophy. When you generate text, fix grammar, craft emails, or analyze writing:
- We do not record, log, or persist the text you enter into our prompt inputs.
- We do not require user registration, passwords, credit cards, or phone numbers.
- We do not build individual profiling databases based on your writing or queries.
2. How AI Requests Are Processed
When you click “Generate” or submit an input, the request is transmitted over an encrypted TLS connection to our secure server-side API proxy. The server validates the request parameters, formats the structured prompt, and forwards it to the dedicated AI model API (such as OpenRouter) for immediate generation.
Once the generated response is streamed back to your browser, no copy of the raw text remains on our application servers.
3. Local Device Preferences
Toollyo may store non-sensitive configuration settings (such as your preferred UI theme, recent tool selections, or local clipboard history) directly in your browser's local storage (localStorage). This data stays entirely on your device and is never synchronized to external servers.
4. Third-Party Services
We may utilize privacy-focused hosting and content delivery networks (CDNs) to ensure fast, global uptime. These providers receive standard internet protocol data (such as IP addresses and browser user-agent headers) required strictly for packet routing and DDoS mitigation.
5. Updates and Contact
Any future adjustments to this policy will be reflected on this page with an updated timestamp. For questions or feedback regarding our privacy practices, please contact us via our support page.
